Diane - Owner

Diane is highly qualified and experienced in the field of catering; she began her training at the age of sixteen at Chesterfield College, where she was awarded distinctions in City and Guilds.

Working at the Chesterfield Royal, she was trained in special diets, including gluten free, diabetes and various allergies and intolerances.

Moving into school catering, she became Derbyshire County Council’s youngest School Catering Manager.

Further management rolls at other quality establishments in the region paved way to Diane taking the important step of establishing her own business. Diane built a reputation second to none in the Chesterfield area.

Sarah - Management

Sarah's time is often split between the kitchen and keeping up to date with all things design based.

Working alongside her mother (Diane) for many years Sarah has all the skills needed in the Garnish kitchen and is Level 2 Hygiene Certified.

With a BA (Hons) in Advertising and Design Sarah has a flare for creativity that transfers to the catering ideas and presentation.

Maureen - "retired"

Our Mo is the master tea masher, occasional pot washer and most importantly the new recipe taste tester!

Nanna Maureen likes to keep us in check and make sure we don't run out of paper plates, serviettes and such like.
